You may return your VOYE luggage within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Refunds:

VOYE luggage comes with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. This covers material and workmanship issues, not damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Non-Returnable Items:
Items that are used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
